The IceWhale 16GB DDR3L 1333 MT/s SODIMM Memory (PC3L-10600S, 204-Pin) is a high-performance memory module designed with DDR3L functionality, as defined in the component data sheet. This unbuffered dual in-line memory module (SODIMM) is equipped with 204 pins and offers rapid data transfer rates, including PC3-14900, PC3-12800, and PC3-10600.

The memory module provides a substantial 16GB of storage, equivalent to 2048 Meg x 64. It operates at VDD = VDVDDQ = +1.35V (1.238–1.45V) or VDD = VDVDDQ = +1.5V (1.425–1.575V), and is backward-compatible to VDD = VDVDDQ = +1.5V ±0.075V. The SPD voltage ranges from +3.0V to +3.6V.

The module features nominal and dynamic on-die termination (ODT) for data, strobe, and mask signals. It is a dual rank memory with a fixed burst chop (BC) of 4 and a burst length (BL) of 8, as determined by the mode register set (MRS).
